
His Highness Sheikh Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Municipality and Planning Dept.-Ajman issued an administrative resolution to launch the first phase of ratification system of electronic lease agreement "ratification" after issuing two princely decrees concerning the ratification and organization of rental agreements and all related matters and to reform rental disputes committee.
Under the administrative resolution, the first phase of rental and residential agreement ratification system electronically is launched through the followed procedures in the electronic system in the department.
According to the issued resolution of H.H. Sheikh Rashid Al Nuaimi, the chairman of the department, it revokes charge of the electronic lease agreement through the application of this phase if necessary and in any phase of system application as determined by the concerned department.
Article III of the resolution stated that rental organization management and management of smart services development must take the necessary measures rapidly to virtually implement the resolution.
Yahya Ibrahim Ahmed, Director General of the department assured that this resolution will take effect immediately by the concerned department in order to simplify the procedures on all members of the society in the Emirate of rental agreements ratification; pointing out that the department continues its policy of smart electronic transformation several years ago and has many special procedures and services electronically provided to Public health, environment, and engineering affairs sectors and others via smart services on department's smart application.
His Excellence, Director General, said that the resolution aims to exploit innovations in clients' service, impact positively on their lifestyle through their use of electronic services in their rental transactions, and improve their experience through providing the easy, flexible, and safe smart services to ratify rental agreements in Ajman that are consistent with their needs and aspirations as well as ensuring their added value through saving time and efforts, by the easy use of agreement ratification process instead of visiting the department and waiting to get the service.
H.E. Yahya Ibrahim Ahmed praises the efforts of management of smart services development; starting with the implementation of the resolution, launching the service through the website, smart application of the department and its permanent attempts to coordinate with the concerned management to cope with the governmental efforts exerted to complete its policy in transforming Ajman into a smart city with all the international standards and measures. In addition to exploiting all available capabilities in the department to promote clients' services in a distinctive and innovative way; which contribute to raise the satisfaction level of the department's clients and enhance its position in the organizational excellence path journey.
